Our next meeting is January 21, when we will have a movie day. Join us in a private screening of Avatar: The Way of Water. We will meet at AMC Hulen 10, 6330 Hulen Bend Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76132. The movie starts at 1pm and is 3 hours 15 minutes long.

Wichita Falls Area Mensans

Would you like to socialize with other Mensans in your area on a regular basis? The Denton area Mensans have enjoyed a weekly coffee and food gathering for years at a local coffee shop. You may have noticed HOTDAM (Hang Out Together with Denton Area Mensans) in our newsletter calendar. They sometimes do other activities also such as museum visits and tours. You could do the same in your area. Weekly/monthly lunches/dinners might also be considered. If any of you are interested in trying to set up a Wichita Falls Area group, we need someone to be the local point of contact. Granbury Area Mensans Social
(Granbury, Cleburne, Stephenville, Weatherford and surrounding area)

Jason Wrinkle, a new member of Mensa 76 residing in Stephenville, is interested in starting an area subgroup for members in Granbury, Cleburne, Stephenville, Weatherford and surrounding areas with a goal of having monthly social activities with other Mensa 76 members in the local area thereby providing shorter travel times. This could also provide an opportunity for carpooling to activities farther from home.

Jason has started contacting local members and will continue to make contact with those who have allowed American Mensa to provide their contact information.

NOTE: Jason has already proposed an initial meeting with details subject to change as detailed on the subgroup's facebook page.
